When?
Our regular classes are 7pm-9pm every Monday.

Where?
Our training hall is located at the Finsbury Leisure Centre, Norman Street, EC1V 3PU.
Nearest tube station: Old Street, Islington Angel.

How much?
£10 per 2 hour lesson. The first lesson is free.
Annual membership fee is £26 which includes insurance.

What do I need to bring?
If you want to participate then bring along some loose clothing.
